Responsibilities
- Undertaking policy research and analysis to assist clients in formulating evidence-backed positions
- Supporting the development and execution of advocacy strategies
- Writing opinion pieces and creating knowledge products
- Collaborating with civil society organisations and the media
- Conducting in-house research projects
- Supporting public policy research and learning through YLAC programs
Qualifications
- Degree from a reputed university in economics, law, public policy, political science, or related fields
- 1-2 years of work experience (Associate)
- 2-4 years of work experience (Analyst)
- 4-6 years of work experience (Senior Analyst)
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
- Ability to present information in a structured and insightful manner
- Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a strong desire to learn new skills
