Job Overview
This role offers an opportunity to redefine civic education through experiential learning initiatives that leave a lasting impact. It involves engaging with diverse demographics—from high school students to professionals—and advocating civic action across various cities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage civic education partnerships and collaborate with educators to innovate curriculum approaches.
  • Overseeing flagship initiatives like The Artivist Fellowship and Young Researchers for Social Impact Program, ensuring effective program delivery and mentorship.
  • Collaborating with partners and alumni on key themes such as gender equality and sustainability to foster community champions.
  • Expanding YLAC's footprint to new cities by scaling existing initiatives.


who are Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile
YLAC seeks candidates passionate about education, citizen engagement, and youth empowerment. Desired qualifications include:

  • Background in education, experiential learning, civic engagement, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience for Associate roles, 2-4 years for Officer roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in both spreadsheet analysis and interpersonal interactions.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic work environment and a proactive approach to skill development.
