OVERVIEW 

The Rajasthan Judiciary Exam, conducted annually, is a crucial gateway for law graduates seeking to enter the judicial services in Rajasthan, India. It provides an opportunity to qualify as a Civil Judge or Judicial Magistrate within the state's legal framework.


There are three phases in the exam: 

 • Preliminary Exam

 • Main Exam

 • Interview or Oral Examination.


The Preliminary Examination is a multiple-choice test used to screen candidates for the Mains. The Mains Examination involves written responses covering law subjects and language skills. Those who pass the Mains proceed to an Interview, which evaluates their personality and suitability for a judiciary career.

PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION 

The Rajasthan Judiciary Exam is widely esteemed across India, where thousands of aspiring candidates from all corners of the country who want to establish their careers in the judiciary.

The Rajasthan Judiciary Preliminary Exam is a screening test comprising 100 objective-type questions, with a total of 100 marks available.


Law Subjects – 70 % weightage (For the Preliminary Exam, the subjects will be the same as prescribed in the syllabus for Law Paper l and Law Paper ll.

Hindi Proficiency – 15% 

English Proficiency – 15%
