ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 


You should hold a Master's Degree in any field, or a Bachelor's Degree in Law or

 Engineering from a recognized university, or

 be a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, Company Secretary, or Cost Accountant.

SEBI GRADE A EXAM PATTERN [PHASE 1]


1. An online examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each. 


2. Paper 1 will be of 60 minutes (1 hour) duration and common for all streams. 


3. Paper 2 will consist of Multiple-Choice Questions, the duration of each section is 40 minutes. 


4. The Aggregate Cut-off to be scored is 40%.


5. There shall be a negative marking of ¼th mark for both Paper 1 & 2.

SEBI GRADE A PHASE-2 EXAM PATTERN

1. An online examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each. 


2. Paper-1 will be descriptive in nature and the duration will be 60 minutes (1 hour)


3. Paper-2 will consist of Multiple-Choice Questions, the duration of each section is 40 minutes. 


4. The Aggregate Cut-off to be scored is 50%.


5. There shall be negative marking (1/4th of marks assigned to the question) for Paper 2 in Phase II

SEBI GRADE A 1ST PHASE EXAMINATION SYLLABUS 

The SEBI Grade A Syllabus for Phase I, which includes Paper I, will be the same for all candidates. To advance to Phase II and the interview stage, candidates must first pass this initial phase, the details of which are outlined in the following section of this article.
