We invite applications for the position of Associate (Litigation) to join the esteemed Chambers of Aman Malik. This role offers a prime opportunity to work on high-profile cases and gain valuable experience in various aspects of litigation. Successful candidates will be responsible for drafting legal documents, attending court sessions, conducting research, and providing administrative support for ongoing cases.

Eligibility:

- 1 to 3 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE).

- Strong drafting skills, including SLPs/TPs and other pleadings for the Supreme Court, Appeals/Writ Petitions for the High Court of Delhi, and Bail Applications for District Courts of Delhi.

- Excellent communication and research skills.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team.

- Capability to handle administrative tasks related to cases.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drafting SLPs/TPs and other pleadings before the Supreme Court.

- Drafting Appeals/Writ Petitions and other pleadings before the High Court of Delhi.

- Drafting Bail Applications and other pleadings before District Courts of Delhi and other forums.

- Attending court sessions and client meetings.

- Assisting with legal research and case preparation.

- Conducting legal research and analysis.

- Performing administrative tasks related to cases.

Duration:

- Immediate joining required.

- Interviews for shortlisted candidates will be conducted via VC on 18.07.2024 or another date.

Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter detailing relevant experience. Additionally, applicants must provide a sample of a legal draft they have prepared and their Enrolment Certificate.
