DELHI JUDICIAL ACADEMY LR POST [Stipend of Rs. 65K; 4 Positions; 12 Months]: Apply by Aug 4.

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals born on or after 01.07.1994 for the appointment of 04 Law Researchers at Delhi Judicial Academy. This is a contractual position initially for one year, extendable for another year based on performance and discretion of the Appointing Authority.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: The candidate must be a Law Graduate from a recognized university as of the last date of receiving applications.
• Age Limit: Applicants must be born on or after 01.07.1994.

Remuneration

• Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 65,000/- per month.

Application Process

• Applications must be submitted by post in a closed envelope.
• Deadline: Applications should reach the Academy on or before 04.08.2024 by 4:00 p.m.
• Address: Director (Administration), Delhi Judicial Academy, Sector-14, Dwarka, New Delhi-110078.
• The envelope should clearly mention "Application for appointment as Law Researcher at Delhi Judicial Academy".

Selection Process

• Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will undergo an interview, which will carry a weightage of 100 marks.

Terms of Engagement

• The engagement is purely contractual and does not guarantee permanent employment at Delhi Judicial Academy.
• Restrictions: Law Researchers cannot pursue further studies, practice law, or take up other assignments during their tenure.
• Ethical Conduct: Any ethical breach will result in serious consequences, including disqualification.

Work Conditions

• Work Hours: Candidates may be required to work beyond office hours depending on research exigencies.
• Compensation: No overtime pay will be provided.
• Travel Allowance: No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview.
